CASA PASIDDHI – Mexico City
Descripción
Welcome to Casa Pasiddhi, a work by Michel Rojkind.
A traditional architectural program for a residence transforms into a project of journeys. Everything unfolds through stairs and circulations contained within a solid, labyrinthine volume with multiple entrances; its path is illuminated by dim light entering from zenithal openings. Casa Pasiddhi reveals itself as a petrous and introverted vestige, exposing only certain features of its solid and brutalist volumetry.
Upon entering each room, we encounter luminous spaces with glass finishes and expansive views. In the exterior areas, the opposite occurs: spaces are delimited, framed, or covered by the ascending and meandering volume, creating multiple experiences in a garden that invites exploration to discover the various facets of the house.
